Justin Tyler Bembenek, 33 years old, from Interlochen and Bailey Kathleen Rosinski, 25 years old, also from Interlochen, appeared at arraignment and were charged with multiple felony charges. Both suspects were charged with two counts of Attempted Murder, one count of Home Invasion 1st degree, one count of Assault with a Dangerous Weapon and one count of Assault and Battery.
